Post a pic of your bike and a description of the type of rides you like.
Maybe we can get a few group rides together. Weather your the parking lot gather showin shine, the 500km make a day of it rider, or the 500km done before noon riders. Maybe your the short rides country side cruiser, corner carver, high flyin in the dirt. Any how post some pics of the two wheel toys.

I'm new to riding. Although last year logged 10,000km of pure bliss.
I won't be happy unless I hit 15,000 this year. Long rides short rides I'm in.
I don't do fast rides. Usually 10 to 15 over posted on the hi way and speed limits in town. I'm chillin not racing.

Here's the girls tucked in for the night
Mine is 2006 Chopper blue pearl Harley Davidson Road glide
Dads is 2006 black pearl Harley Davison Ultra Classic

1987 as well. iirc, one of the fastest bike in the world back then. Yamaha dominated though with the fzr, vmax and maxim bikes. i remember the add in all the mags, tires smokin.

My friend had and FJ like the one in the picture, for a so called touring bike, that thing was fast. I also wanted a V-Max, but the sport bikes drew me in[emoji6]. Almost bought an FZR at on point too.

I believe it was the fastest at the time. Some friends of mine used to swap 1100 motors into 750 frames and call them 7-11s. Those things were stupid fast at the time. Now a 600 is way faster and the liter bikes are ridiculous.

A buddy has one of these. The down side is the chew through starters and are hard on your driving record.
Not even two months and he had a stunting charge. Was leaving a stop light a little bit aggressive. Officer in an unmarked car spotted about two inches of daylight under his front tire. It's that easy. Burp the gas at the wrong time in Ontario and it gets expensive fast.

we had a 1990 7-11 gsxr. did the quarter mile in 10 flat at 143mph. Way quicker than any 600's - and roll on power was insane. The old 87 was running 10.8 - 11.3 at 125 with pipe and carb work - like modern 600's,.

Dad emailed me this pic from 1988 of my 4 sisters on his 88 Suzuki cavalcade 1400. At the time it was the largest displacement touring bike on the market. I don't remember all the bells and whistles but it had its share for the time.
I spent many hours on the back of that bike and it is still fond memories for all of us kids. In fact probably the reason I chose to go with that style of bike over performance oriented. Kaitlyn an I had the old Harley out for a tour tonight over to clarington rib fest for supper. Making our own memories.

Lisa decided she wanted to get on the bike and take a photo the other night after I came home from a ride.

She picked up her m1 book and is writing her test this week. Then as soon as this covid crap ends she'll book her m2 lessons and test.

Gonna be fun trying to put a second bike in a one car garage with the cobra still sleeping under wrap.

Trust me I've thought about it especially since the price of them has skyrocketed in the last year or two, plus mines still under the 60k mark.
If it weren't for the wife it would have been gone already. She's the one that keeps me buying toys without selling the old ones.

Problem is I want another style bike already to go with this one and this is only one of my 4 hobbies. Lol
