I love my American Muscle cars. Sometimes I like the old school rides but part of me loves the tech and all out performance of the new stuff. I have a blast with my buddy doing this on our weekly coffee nights so gun to your head if you had to pick between these two cars which one would you take? No substitutions.

Ok so no secret I'm a GM muscle car guy at heart but in the same breath I like to drive and enjoy my car. With that said, Chevelle makes me drool but Demon would be the one occupying my driveway. I'm just not a garage queen car owner, respect many here are and thats the part of the hobby they enjoy, just ain't for me.
Add in the option Chevelle is a full on corner carving resto mod..............fawk yes.

I love those old cars but I could never own a collector - I just won't be able to not beat the shit out of it! if I could afford the new one I would choose it...but their are some things about the new ones that turn me off - #1 paint jobs on a 70,000$ car should be mint new cars today have the worst paint jobs I've seen and this needs to be addressed. At one time you couldn't beat the finish on a new car. now they suck nd that would drive me crazy everytime I looked at it from an angle...

If you want to enjoy the car whenever you want, the Demon is definitely the way to go.

If you’d be ok with a fair weather weekender cruising car that will require extra care, then the Chevelle.

I know what I’d choose.

I love the Chevrolet but as others noted you just can’t beat the Demon for driving pleasure, and if I had one I’d drive it every day it wasn’t raining or salt in the roads. Now, were I an older guy who wanted to sit at a car show it would be the Chevelle for sure.

You didn't say if the Chevelle could have an LSx with Twin Turbos?

If the Chevelle was a resto mod with modern power, I would take that, along with collector insurance.

The Demon is a lot of coin but likely worth it. I would still end up modding it go faster.

Either one would not be a daily driver......so the Demon is great, but I think a Hellcat with the right mods is plenty enough.

Singers aren't even comparable to anything. That's like her would you rather spend a night with Kate Upton and a bottle of chocolate saurce, or a weekend with a canteloupe and barely functioning microwave.

I've seen the Monaco Commission and the London Commission in person and both car makes the nicest OE luxury car look like a fucking Lada. The obsessive detail is eye popping. For the 750k -1.5mil sticker you're paying they do their best to give you the moneys worth. Mountain top cars. Up there with the McLaren F1 road car, 288 GTO, and XJ220 as the best unobtainable.

To wheel this little game of "would you rather" back inside this stratosphere. I'm currently vacillating between these two pieces of classic american iron. The criteria is which one would you rather do some fuckin sick burnouts in front of the high school with and tear up town on a Friday night.
