Depends how it's done, e medium looks good to me but I hate the look when it looks like it was just misted over with flat black....Laffs has his tinted in his '99 and it looks great, like its tinted with film inside.

Tint the back-up lights too. I did. Looks way better and they still work fine.

I say no. Call me crazy, but making your brake lights hard to see isn't a mod I'd do myself.

When the lights are on they light up quite nicely. I had mine done. Could see them light up in full sun. It's a non issue.

depends on the car/tint, you can't see Matt's for shit in the day time...and noticeable difference at night too when I'm following him

Personally I don't think he should either, I like the contrast with the dark frames and lighter lenses
If you do decide to I can recommend a specific film or even place to do it.
I did it to my sebrings tailights, its a car light specific film made by 3m I think, it applies like window tint but is thicker and almost a rubbery when heated for install, the darkness changes by how light hits it and it has very little effect on light output, safety is my main concern when driving and no matter how dark how foggy you can see the light from these as bright as any other car. I bought it from autolinks who does all my cars windows. http://www.auto-links.ca/formulaone-tint-toronto.html#headlighttint

no tinted lights are a no no and in most cases look cheap IMO. Spend the money on something that matters. Certain items attract tickets more than others, this is one of the more.

I prefer brighter lenses and chrome when the car is medium to light blue. I'm not even a fan of the black tailight trim.

I had a slight tint on my plate cover. Driving around came around bend and police waved me over. If was cop from 6 houses down
the street. He says I "Recommend" getting a clear plate cover. Within 15 minutes I had a clear cover on license plate...

I vote Med tint (third brake light as well) and leave the gas cap as is.

Id black out the Fake gas cap(maybe remove it all together) Medium tint or no tint, tint the 3rd brake light to match, leave the reverse light white, and research a quality LED bulb for them.

I prefer red. I had the dark tinted ones and swapped them back to stock.

Again I think this all comes down to personal preference. Everyone's is different. I personally like the medium tint and blacked out cap.
With screws, I wouldn't tint the gt anyways having Blue and white stripes. There would be far too much going on.
I've considered going with a smoked headlight so my whole fox is darker.

I wouldnt. Less chance of getting pulled over or rear ended

Light tint is my choice. I'm not a fan of emblems, so that choice is up to him. I'm completely shaving the trunk, deleting the emblem and 3rd brake light and relocating it to the rear window.

If Stephan's blackout panel looks good on my car I may be interested in them as well.
