besides the cobra and Mach 1's is there any other fords that can provide me with the calipers and brackets to upgrade to 13" brakes? I can get a hold of a late 90's police package crown Vic....

None that I am aware of.
North Race Cars carry front brake stuff you need.

01 Bullitt was the only other SN95 with 13" PBR brakes.

Crown Vic from 98-02 had 12.4" rotors, but hat offset is way wrong to use on SN95. 03-up CV rotors are 12", and the hat offset is almost the same as SN95 ... many CMC racers in the U.S. that are mandated to run 12" frt rotors use them with thin washers as spacers on the caliper anchors to offset them slightly, works great. I helped the guys on the Corner-Carvers forum with that many years ago by providing some dimensions and side-by-side comparisons. Previously they had to get the 13" rotors machined down, which is an expensive process.

So unless you're building to class rules, or want to run 16" wheels rather than 17", there is no reason to use the Crown Vic brakes ... especially when the 13" stuff is so affordable from various aftermarket sources.
