looking at a 1986 gt car with no ownership.. several years ago i bought a 1982 gt with out said paperwork and it was effortless to get one back then..im being told the car was turned at a wreckers and thats how the seller is advertising it ..

^Good call, as far as I've been told by mto, the current owner needs to get a new ownership and sign it over to you, that's the only way.

If it was at a wreckers and they turned the ownership in to be scraped ( sometimes they don't) your sol if it's been branded as irr scrap.
Best to run a uvip it will tell ya if it's been branded or who the last owner was (then go talk to jeff at ms he's a artist lol)

bought a chevelle with no paper work one time.. 7 years later it was reported stolen.. lol
