I'm Back!!

It's been soo long since I drove her it was like getting laid for the first time in a long time... It was amazing, but I was awkward and clumsy. Need a few rides to be good at it again.

I really want to thank both Rick and Ross for the work they've done. They pretty much rebuilt my car. It was a nightmare of bad work from previous Mechanics. Rick was calling me once or twice a day with new problems he found. How did he put it "100% installer error"

I'm not mechanically inclined, So it pisses me off that you go to these professionals and they either give you bad advice or they just plainly do it wrong. You don't have much choice but to trust or hope that they know what they are doing.

I'm soo happy that Rick found these issues and went above and beyond to fix them. I will now bug him for everything! lol. They even gave me a wash and a vacuum.

I'm now 60km on the new clutch. I'm loving this Centerforce. It is so light and smooth. Worth every penny.

Awesome to see your back Joel, hope to see you around.

How are you guys all getting them to clean your cars, engine bay washed, vacuumed, Im sure I can't afford the VIP package but they seem to do a stellar job

Funny story, We haven't been able to sleep because of the heat (no A/C). I picked up the Old Crow in the mustang and drove back to Ricks so she can drive the Outlander home. 5 mins in the car and she passed out. She said it was because the sound of the exhaust was so soothing

Front pads, when the inner / outter are mixed up, damages the inner caliper pistons. It was causing the pads to drag heavy on the passengers side, only a matter of time before the crack grew n caused a fluid leak.

Wait really......fuck.

Shitty deal for sure, not all that uncommon to see. Part that puzzles me, why Ford made the inner / outter unique in the first place. None of the locators are really needed but do cause an issue if you install without paying closer attention.
He had similar issue on the rear, caliper pistons improperly clocked with locators digging into the pistons which in turn makes it impossible for inner pad to sit flat.

Thanks again to Rick and Ross for another fine check-up. I got the thumbs up, the car is good for track day, now I just need the Okay from the Boss. She a little mad at me for spending so much on the car.
