Car storage

Unfortunately it's almost that time of year again and I'm just wondering if anyone knows a storage place for a decent price. Preferably with a outlet.

No spot I've ever been associated with would allow the battery left hooked up or a battery tender in place. Assume thats why you asked about power?

Better to pull / keep battery on a tender at home anyways. Storage spots want them removed to prevent a chance of fire via rodent wire chew or similar.
