Where to get photos copied and digitized (high quality)?

Looking to get some older photos copied (we don't have the negatives) as well as digitized for future use. Looking for high quality reproductions and digital copies that can be used for framed pictures, etc in the future.

Anyone have any reputable studios/photoshops in your rolodex?
