Duterte is a piece of work, couple of mistresses, and his comments on the rape of an Australian hostage were unbelievable. My coworker is Philipino, and he has told me that the politics there is so corrupt (Imelda and Ferdinand Markos, etc.) that the people are damned either way who they vote for. He is best choice of a corrupt lot.
