We need a dislike button as well. lol
Saw two Hummer EV's yesterday. Out of curiosity checked out the price tag —between 150 and 200,000 $'s. I don't get it.
The price of stupid has yet to cramp the style of upper middle class. If you can afford EV's, still eat bacon and steak, still get on airplanes, still take vacations the price of virtue signalling still isn't high enough to make you believe what you see over what you're told.
It's also getting apparent that votes don't matter. The recycling and garbage all go into the same bag.
Theres a non-zero chance I saw the price of gas and immediately started building and pricing F150 Lightning EV's
do any members here have experience with F150 EV's?
I lean towards —if my vehicle is paid for the cost of fuel is irrelevant. Long term I don't see any benefit to an EV. In the long term (for me) it would have a lean on it if the financer sees fit. If I had 100-150,000 $'s of disposable cash I would feel as tho I just threw it away and couldn't recoup it over the life of the vehicle. Financing I would worry the vehicle would be gone but the lean would still be in place or carried over to the next purchase. I can't see any benefits to an EV for my economic sitiuation.
