10W30 is fine or even a 10W40. Dont have to use synthetic, regular is fine. IM sure you change the oil often enough anyway.
As for the KB, you can use Redline 50WT oil.
15w40 rotella here... but my motor is a lil tired
Tired or not, fan of Rotella in a push rod 5.0.

Yes diesel 15w40.
10w30 full syn in the mod engines.
Ram gets the same winter and summer.
Side note, rotella is cheaper at shell vs canadian tire.
