Pasta Alfredo with cremini mushrooms, green peas, and white truffle oil.
I have a pizza stone as well and I love that thing.
No pics... Soux vide'd baby back ribs for 30 hours @ 145* and then put them on the weber with PC Smokin' Stampede Beer & Chipotle sauce.
^^^sous-vide is literally the size of a hand blender.
And I barely have room for that. In the kitchen I’ve got a Breville Smart Oven Air (1cb foot) and it takes up a lot of counter space, my stand mixer and Keurig. It’s a small kitchen. My Insta Pot and deep fryer are in the basement as they don’t get used often as well as my cast iron stuff.
Lazy supper...cheese, crackers, salami, pepperoni sticks and green olives.
