My "COVID belly" is noticeable (to me anyway), and I need to get back to eating better like I was about 18 months ago. Tough with the sweet tooth I have, and so many years of being able to eat just about anything and not put weight on when I was younger. Doesn't seem to work that way past age 50! LOL
Also have to figure out a new plan for exercise. Was going to a great place with excellent classes and coaches that was right around the corner from work in Waterloo, but that's not going to be doable for me any more with the recent job change.
