Best adjustable fuel press regulator?

I think my stock one took a dump (it's only 4 years old). I want an adjustable one since I plan on getting the 302 blown next spring :D

I'd suggest an OEM Ford regardless of future plans.

For supercharged on a return fuel system ensure boost 1:1 reference type. For every pound boost the rail pressure is increased by 1 psi.

Kirban...not too expensive...good for boost
Aeromotive...nice piece...works but pricey
BBK...nice but does not recommend it in boosted apps
