In at the doctor today for results of recent blood work. My A1C continues to be 100% stable as are rest of my stats. Doc is super pleased at the progress I've made in a relatively short time, pretty happy myself. It would seem cutting crap outta your life can make a huge change even without additional exercise. Gonna keep doing what I'm doing.

While clothes continue to fit better my weight is holding fast just a .6lb above my target. Life is good and eating better has turned into feeling 100% natural vs feeling like I'm missing out.

I expanded my vegetable gardens. Been eating out of my gardens daily since early summer and have enough stored away for a few more months. Not sure is it's placebo but I feel pretty good eating my backyard organic. I expanded as an inflation hedge and for a measure of food security, but health is a side benefit.

Still making good progress here. No wt change but clothes continue to get larger...............life is ok.

Hope others are still seeing a positive journey. For me, my weight has never been this stable in my life.

Feeling great here as well but plateaued between 230-235 lbs. Waiting on mother nature to provide me with my winter exercise, lol.

I've been OMAD for a couple of years, not super strict but about 80-90% of the time. The latest thinking is that this will make me protein deficient. I went to a low of 165 in the summer (too skinny, but ripped) and am now at 175, more muscle, less defined. Strength and endurance are good. My diet is pretty consistent and I can notice when a particular food or drink is introduced as it affects functions. I'm leaning towards upping my protein just to see what happens. Too bad my gardens don't grow protein.
