Just checked Rock Auto, they still show a vert only mount but in brands I've never heard of.
Yes vert specific mounts lowered the engine vs standard mounts. If I was you, would look long n hard for an OE style rubber mount as they are more likely to keep the engine feeling smooooooth vs...

With "some" pressure on the shifter, just enough to have the slightest of an air gap. Set there, with a good tug it should just touch.
YEs with some pressure on the shifter to be sure it's fully in gear.
I've got a pretty good list going for both cars this year.
