Old skool cleaning solvent (not lacquer thinners)or any n all of the above.

If those are the neoprene (or similar) with steel core, never ever had one leak. Actually assembling a small block 347 with em right now.
Don't have time to look up, do they spec out same as OE?
If not have your stockers cleaned n call it a day.
Have however seen em sit even longer than that and work fine.
Combined with all Spicer yokes n U joints, pretty stout piece.
Custom DOM tubing shaft in mine as well.........................smooooooooooooooooooooth as silk. Had it built to replace a POS DSS alum shaft I tossed into the garbage.
I had heard same thing but last time out he was still there.
No one makes a shaft like he does.
