I put a hole in the side of a piston and it wasted the cylinder for good measure. I have most of the parts on order, but the damn cylinder is $830 so I am trying to source a used one. If all goes well and the weather holds up, I might get out for one final ride for the year.

Did you try Jim at ORPS parts for an exchange cylinder?
Sorry to hear about the carnage.

Did another loop out of Orillia on Wed, conditions were fantastic.
Decent snow south of Barrie, lil more as I went north, mega snow on Hwy 12 at Orillia.

Yes I spoke with him, but, because my cylinder is cracked through the ports, they will not take it as a core. The only thing he could do is sell me an aftermarket cylinder. I want to keep it OEM so I had no choice and ordered a new one from BRP. This was a very costly meltdown.

I made some suspensions changes to the sled n wanted a lil test n tune session before heading to Quebec next week, got a few miles in today around Port Perry. Finally a day with a lil sunshine, trails were smooth n fast.

Island trail just north of the Casino.

E108 north of Port Perry. Only rough section was closer to the river crossing where they can't get a groomer through. Rest of the trail, seldom would you drive on a highway as smooth, yea that good.
