I don't have a tuner, so I'd be having an entirely new tune written which is $500 or so I don't want to spend on car right now.

Anyone know if 1998-2000 can still have 2 not ready monitors to pass or has that been eliminated as well?

With only one not ready = full pass with no issues.
(so long as engine light is out)

I'm still waiting for the shop that tunes my car to figure out what's going on. The excuses I'm getting are comical.

I have an intermittent high idle that appears to be TPS related, gonna fix that and see if will pass after. Sounds like you're having a real fun time Dre.

Yes..my last communication with the shop was these cars are very highly modified cars that need to run with emission standards and be able to still make power and it's not the easiest thing to do.
