This is the first for me. I've talked to other tuners who kinda have this puzzled look on their face when I tell them my story.

This thread makes my head hurt. I wish you all luck in getting this sorted out.
I shouldn't have posted here.
My car spit out a 'random misfire' code yesterday, lol. Into the dealer it goes
LoL...
STEEDA still can't figure out how to get these highly tuned modified cars to pass emissions. Car was entirely re-tuned by another shop and has an emission tune now loaded. I only drove the car 20 minutes and have no check engine light, however I hooked up my OBDII scanner and see a stored P0430 code. My CAT and EVA tests have still not gone ready. EVA usually goes ready on a long highway drive at about 1/2 a tank of gas. My question is, with this P0430 code stored, but no check engine light and only my CAT monitor not ready will I pass?
Im reading that you have to keep the RPM's low to avoid a check engine light and P0430 code until you get CAT set and the car e etested.
