What's a coyote engine worth?

Looking at buying a coyote engine from a 2011 f150. The engine has 40,000kms on it and comes with the harness and PCM. Jut looking to get a baseline of what a coyote engine is worth before I make an offer.

Yep, maybe a bit more due to the low km, but I'm quite sure the later engines we better, like 14+ IIRC.
