    Detail Garage in Pickering?

Anyone been? It's dangerous, before you know it you spend your pay check away in there... I spent 100 bucks on samples only lol... But I do like the products, I'm not a very good detailer but wouldn't mind learning it. I wonder what the pros are saying on here about their products. To be honest I tried Zaino and didn't like it, I prefer the stuff you buy at the paint shop (3M?)... Chem guys seems to work well and easy enough.

I've been talking to wife about buying a franchise too, maybe in Montreal or something. Although, I think they wouldn't be allowed in quebec since their stuff is all english except for a label maker tag lol.

I went on opening day Spent $100 as well, but with a 20% discount. I don't think I would go there for full price. Its cheaper to buy chemical guys on amazon. I also don't like the fact that's all they sell. I prefer 3M and menzerna products as well.

If you want to try some products you can always come by and try it out on your car.

I like detailing about as much as I like sanding drywall. I barely even wash the car.

Edit: I think it might actually be covered in drywall dust at the moment.

You should try a rinseless wash. I love it! I haven't fully washed the mustang at all this year. After a dusty drive or two I unseal a bucket of rinseless I made and wipe the car down. It takes 10 mins. I do it in the garage, it doesn't make a mess. Then seal the bucket for next time and done.

Like I said a while back I don't mind practice detailing on your car, Don lol

I still have track rubber on the car left over from last fall, and a winter’s worth of dust. I think it needs to be stripped to bare metal.
