    It's really unnecessary in Toronto. There is crazy traffic everywhere all the time. Simple.

    Technically yes. I gather their reasoning is to reduce the shit congestion downtown.

    This isn’t new. Google maps does this exact thing including estimated times threw slow areas and estimated times for detours around slow spots.

    And it’s free. Wonder how much this “partnership” cost the city

    Google bought them recently. Actually Waze is so much better than Google maps. It tells all the fun things that we all love to hate where google does traffic only.
