I figure if you have a history of not paying your bill they should make you pre pay. Why should everyone else be on the hook?

Don't we all pre pay for our Gas for vehicles? might be the same here. I get it that the cost are higher in remote areas as I have moved to this type of area and see the increase. It is the added cost to remote areas where you here of the struggles. I could go on and on, but going to stop right now.
