Has it been winter driven?
Do / have you washed the engine? If so, we've also seen some degreasers damage intake gaskets.
Oddest part about modern intake gaskets, not at all uncommon to cause an intermittent issue.

I've never washed the engine. I've wiped it down a few times with damp towels but nothing serious. As for winter driven, I've got about 1 months worth of winter driving in total.

What are the actual codes that come up?
Seems to me, if you know the intake has a problem, fix what you know is broken and see if it solves that plus current issue.
