My first call would be to JRP for the neck support. (Although if I remember right, they aren't proven to actually do anything, if you're buying it for safety reasons rather than comfort, might want to do some research first)

I have one of the Simpson neck supports. They work amazing to take up some of the helmet weight. I got mine at CsC in Newmarket a year or so ago they moved to St. Catherines. See if you can order one online and have it shipped.

From what I remember, there are some driving schools that offer manual cars that they will teach you on.
