We have Bell Satellite TV. Our little street here in Stouffville does NOT have cable, so we have Bell TV and Rogers satellite internet. Internet rarely goes out, but the Bell TV service is pitiful.
Unfortunately we have no alternative except dial up, but with 5 adult users, that is a no-go.

I have Start DSL internet, they use Bell's lines. Was with Bell directly about 3 years ago. Got sick and tired of the price jumping game they play and how expensive their packages were getting, so I cancelled everything with them. I'm paying almost half the price of Bell with faster speeds, unlimited internet and excellent customer service. So far in almost 3 years, no issues or drops with the service.

I use Wave Direct wireless internet. County speeds are awful, the max I can get is "upto" 15mbs. My only other option is eXplornet, terrible service (from experience) won't go back.
Bell lines are slow dsl, no cable option.

Just had an issue with upload speed, but turns out its my modem.

I use Bell and Freedom neither can be reached by phone - to them FAQ's is the new customer service - the best way I get customer service is to stop paying - then they call you...I've had Telus and Rodgers in the past their all impossible nothing you can do I disputed with Telus for two years (didn't pay) they even admitted wrong but wouldn't come clean - in the third year we came to an agreement through the credit bureau their all scum...
