a person buys a house gives 2+ months for the closing still signing mortgage paperwork the night before closing that was quote unquote instant approval 2 + months prior then waits until mid-afternoon on closing day and still no word but could never close in 24 hours after making the agreement —its crazy having to rely on so many people far superior than the average joe and have no control and know everything can still go south....

And I can buy houses in Florida with electronic signature easy peasy (plus see all real estate data online). It's a racket here that enriches those in the industry - 2022, no need for these barriers.

Got this far with my headers.

Stud on the exhaust flange backed out of the header. Had to cut the stud. Which is fine as the AFE headers have their own locking nuts and bolts and I have spare stock studs anyways.

10 of the 12 studs came off the block. 4 of the nuts seized to the studs. Got the other ones off though. Not worried about the ones that are stuck as I bought a new nut and stud kit, mind you only comes with 6 studs and 6 nuts.

    Will continue tomorrow.
