Trip from my place to 407 and 9th line for dinner, between high beams or only DRLs, easily a half dozen should have been pulled over and ticketed.

This works about 75% of the time.

In the case where a car is drifting into my lane, I turn directly towards them. This works 100% of the time (so far) for lane correction.

I do the same thing ....

you don't realize how much a good workout kicks the ever-loving shit outta your body until you take a little time off

picked up that flu bug or whatever last week....missed work We-Fr and had to take some antibiotics....decided to not be completely stubborn and called off the workouts until this Friday

so about 8 or 9 days off the gym

was back at work for the full week this week and felt 100% by Thursday

picked up where I left off...Friday was leg day

I'd call it a respectable leg day....nothing too crazy...no personal bests or anything....around 50 sets in total...lots of heavy squats

and I'm damn near fucking crippled here 2 days later....thighs feel like they been driven over by a bus

back day was yesterday too....so now like 70% of my body feels like it's torn to shreds

and now it's time for arms.....I'm gonna be a heap of sore tomorrow

Legs, arms, back .....I do that workout twice a week sweeping on curling nights. Most people don’t realize how much of a workout sweeping a slow rock from end to end is.
