    Ribs are connected to your spine, so makes sense that a disc issue would make it feel like a ton of bricks crushing your chest. Hope your feeling better soon.

    I’ve had some ‘minor’ back issues in the past, so I somewhat know what you are going through. ...knowing it’s not nearly the same scale, I can only imagine. Not fun at all.

    Rick, Have you ever tried an Inversion Table? Heard it does wonders for back pain. I never tried it, I could only imagine what you are going through... Hope you feel better. I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica.

    Buddy lent me one for a few weeks, first few times I used it, helped a bunch but as time went by became less effective.

    Been a cornerstone here as well, great product.
    As several here with back problems know, when your back goes out, your just along for the ride. Sometimes it can mean discomfort for a few minutes or maybe an hour, other times it can mean a week or three.
