    ^I've found chicken to be the toughest to get a good system going. Pork tenderloin is damn near foolproof in my experience. Every way I've tried has been very good to great.

    One of my friends and I are constantly sharing recipes and tips we've learned (and what hasn't). Plus meat swaps every monday morning that one of us smokes helps keep the motivation going.
