Went and got the oil changed in the 05 today at ford (wanted new oil for the track day), the guy came out and said the old oil we just dumped was clean enough he would have put it in his car. (said it was still gold colored)
I guess I haven't driven much this year...

What the actual fuck!? I've disliked co-workers before, the worst I ever did was simply stay away from them.
How can a "grown-up" spit in someone's lunch in spite? Maybe a teenager where they have the excuse of hormones and underdeveloped life-skills. Jesus I hope I never have an employee do that to someone. It would only seem fair to make the person drink a cup of spit produced by the entire team lol... (That's why I'm not in HR).
To make it worse no immediate dismissal involved, investigation then
Suspension- not sure if paid, confidentiality ( only direct parties involved - the best they could), education and counselling), and noted in employee record.
