My dad bought the Viking range, True refrigerator, and all that shit for his new build. Now he just bitches about the noise they make, apparently he neglected the fact commercial kitchens are noisey places focused on production not being able to hear your TV over.

Most new refrigeration is louder than it used to be. Extra fans, multiple evaporators (and compressors in some high end applications). But mostly for effichancy. The lower the pressure in the cooling system the more efficient they run but the lower the pressure the louder then run

5 kids so far at my door and the bucket's gone from her porch. Got to wonder about some people
