having a grand old time so far in 2019

nursing a slight shoulder "tweak" that didn't happen in the gym....nope....did it rolling over in bed

taking down the xmas tree yesterday....while favouring my shoulder I sorta strained my lower back

OK....it's back and trap day in the gym today....so gonna try and go full out and see if it improves my back.....nope, and now I tweaked my neck as well

OK...so the upside

nice temps so went for a good walk....a few kms....loosened up the back and feels pretty good now.....neck still tweaked....but with the neck bothering me now, my shoulder doesn't feel half bad

Beer shopping was very good. Picked up some Lake Effect, Octopus Wants to Fight, Fracture, and Ramsack the Universe.

Got a bit of sunburn today on the arms. Should have known better than to weld in a t-shirt.
