seems like a rich guy golf resort type deal - I heard rumblings of this a few years back in the early stages - some chatter on social media trying to drum up investor interest at that time it didn't seem like it would come together - I was intrigued because of the location - by the look of the website it is still in the early stages - I look at places like CTMP & Calibogie with all the vacant land around them and see huge opportunity for motorsports….
Don’t know why I’m triggered / rambling ( no sleep at all I guess lol)
But I figure 25 g membership doesn’t cater to “ ordinary joe schmoes” in my income bracket so mission accomplished ... exclusive as advertised.

Thought renewing sticker would be easy breezy- left it last minute. Go online it can’t find vehicle, go to ministry and straightened that out but then informed can’t get sticker needs emissions test

not renewing them until april.

Go today and get emissions done then strait to MTO. If it’s for stang leave till April, no emissions needed then? JMO
