    Just back from physical + pre op appointments. Doctor will update after surgery as to when I should be up and walking. Surgery is to repair a flipped Meniscus.

    please give an update on recovery details....recommended exercises, do-s and don'ts etc.....might be able to offer some insight

    Will do, thanks.
    Damage / torn is very common, flipped = not so much. Feels confident that is what has my knee locked.
