had celebrex once felt like a million dollars almost took up running again - prescribed for two weeks felt great for one month - would not re-subscribe too many fatal health risk with continuous use.

Wow if they let me keep using it I might still have legs like Wylie Coyote did after he ate the run fast pills he ordered from Acme and still running to work - you must be in some pain? Now I just have stick legs like road runner but drive a Coyote.

Walking wounded like the rest of us "seasoned" folks.

5 bottom disks compressed. Torn medial labrum right shoulder, arthritis right shoulder, joint thinning right shoulder. Recovered from bilateral elbow epicondilitis both arms. Knee scoped 15 years ago. Spinal surgery 18 years ago. Mortons nueroma right foot. Some muscle atrophy left leg from nerve damage (spinal surgery). Lots more.

I'm active, exercise almost every day. My body fat hovers around 10%. I hit 55 mph skiing this season. I climbed 23 rope lengths in a day a month ago. I climb 2000-3000 stairs a couple times a week.

I couldn't even consider lifting like Boostd

I retired my runners my bike and my speedo at 40 and took up golf...lol
