LOL! They offer a "driver's passport" so they get the food item with a mocktail/non-alcoholic drink so others can get the regular food/wine tasting passport. They are mini-servings (about the size of a slider). Most places will gladly offer you extra wine tastings so as long as you're not driving.....I don’t know if understand the etiquette to this stuff , do they shuttle you around and is it all you can drink lol & do they limit you to the pulled pork samiches

Nah, the passports are $45 and $30 (driver) each on the west side of the St. Kitts skyway and a few bucks more on the east side. It's a great deal and not well known yet - same type of thing in California would run well over +$100.
