427 is really maxing out the block.......just saying.

I no a better "safer" build for a 427 is by using an aftermarket block. I have a 1971-1974 casting 351W. I will research what I can do with this block. Using quality parts / griddles / hardware & testing the block is all part of the package. If I find staying 408 is a better option then I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. This should be a fun & interesting process.

Cool crisp sunny day today so thought I'd take my time and treat myself to a leisurely shave of Mentholated Prickly Pear pre-shave soap (had a couple days of stubble to soften up), Chocolate Bourbon shave soap, and finish up classic Euro/Italian barber shop aftershave scent. Playlist was mellow with I See Fire, Say Something, Coming Home, and Cruise.
