Man... I have to make a choice. 1) Make me look awesome as a leader and fire someone, or; 2) Not destroy's someone's future and still benefit the business.
I'm not taking the easy path, going for #2... Because it will really help the business, I hope my gap analysis and business case for the new role is accepted.
