I was in the same kinda boat. looking tired and also gained a bit of weight. just work work work. so back in January I decided it was time to make a change. been months of work. but I got new glasses and started to grow a full beard. now people don't see the bags and the extra chin. they just comment on my glasses and how awesome my beard is looking.
