I hate these little "talent management" HR **** bitches! They are idiotic little pieces of shit with zero knowledge with only the ability to suck dick. These are the morons stopping my resume from getting to the hiring managers and due to their lack of skillset and judgement, I get fucked over. Yeah I don't have University but my years experience is worth something... Can't wait to finish my masters so I can finally check that box. Even with multiple project management designations, I still can't get passed those little pieces of shit.

And don't get me started with the one at my current role... it just got promoted. Holy fuck is HR such a stupid invention.

Both my dad and father I. Law have that same issue. They worked in fields their entire lives. Now can’t find a job because they don't have university degree. 30 plus years of experience means nothing.

Also I know someone who went to school for HR they took psych courses at the same time “so they can better analyze potential hires as a good fit for the company”
