Speaking of surf , took a drive (cuz Rav4 is not a cruise) to Saugeen Shores area , nice little port towns , ended up having lunch in South Hampton @ this fishnchips place , very good food !

generalizations based on age cohort are no different than any other ism, feminism, ageism etc. Attributing a behavior based on an age grouping is a form of identity politics.

I could softly agree if ideologies or experiences were identical, otherwise such a sweeping generalization is worthless.

Had to add that perhaps today's millenials opt out of OT because pay makes it not worth the sweat and blood. Pay hasn't moved with inflation for decades...and housing just went Vancouver styles in the GTA. So a regular Joe with an ok paying job would have to work without barely any sleep and it would not be worth the extra $ nor would they be able to save enough.

Hard to score decent jobs with benefits and good pay to boot. Gotta keep moving forward and maybe some can land that $$ job.
