    I’m not a curry fan but if it pays off the mortgage faster I’m in. Lol.

    I understood putting the loc as a home line then it was secured. That’s why they said they could lower the interest rate from the 7 plus it was to the around 6.

    I should also add (if it’s Relevant) I do have a fare amount of debt. It’s just spread around quite a bit some threw the store but we had to personally guarantee a lot of it

    Mortgage for the store threw BDC, car loan, truck loan, truck lease, trailer loan, operating lines, supplier credits ect ect. Our bank guy did say yesterday we are pushing it to the limit right now.

    Unless I want to buy a house instead of renovate then he preapproved us for another 400k

    Ever consider consolidating some of those debts at higher interest
    Using lower interest secured line of credit to pay off- BUT! BUT !
    You should establish a solid regular repayment plan if going this route-

    RBC Secured HELOC is 4.45% right now so 6% is high.
