Nothing like some nice cool air to make it feel like you have another pound of boost!
thanks. losing faith in drs. been years like this now where they don't really have an answer. they are pretty sure despite the stroke like symptoms its not strokes. one "specialist" took one look at an mri and said. degenerative vestibular something something.
when they asked him what they should do he said. Nothing go home and enjoy life. we cant o anything about it, eventualy it will lead to dementia. could take 4 years could take 20.
other drs didn't seem to agree. has been on a waiting list for a year to see another specialist. she cant work, and had to fight with her union to be able to be put on disability.
they are stuck in this doom and gloom acceptance.
at least with this last episode being more serious. it sounds like she is getting bumped to the front of the line for the specialist. but is stuck waiting for a bed to open up
What hospital? University?

She is at the local Hospital in Exeter. They are trying to get her into the stroke clinic in Stratford.
I honestly believe they are under insane pressure in emerge to patch and send you on your way.
sometimes seems to be the case. at least this time they are keeping her for observation but saying it could be a couple days before a bed opens up in the stroke unit. worst is just not knowing what is up. they say it could be this or this or this. you might be fine or you could die. we don't really know. I couldn't imagine getting away with that with customers. though I'm sure the human body is slightly more complicated than a dishwasher
Far too often it would seem (personal / recent experience).
