Todd Burgess was just a guy out doing his job but never returned home from work. While winching a car out of the ditch near Port Perry he was stuck and killed by a vehicle that apparently had not slowed down, had not moved over and was most certainly driving too fast for the conditions. We all see it each and every day, emergency vehicle on the side of the road, few if any passing drivers slow down, almost none move over and given this has become all too common, tragedies like this will continue. WTF are people racing to that is more important than this man's life???

Yeah, totally okay. My truck was parked in front of my house and a municipal plow/salter tore a strip off the side. Waiting now for the damages.
