I hadn't had alcohol or fast food for 7 months until this thing hit. Was also working out 5 times a week. Honestly felt the best mentally and physically I had felt in long long time. Since this hit I haven't worked out and have been eating like shit as well as drinking and have noticed a pretty drastic decline in my mental health.
