    We have had our Kitchen-aid stuff for over 11 years, not a single problem with any of the four appliances

    Have an LG with two doors for upper and one lower pull out drawer for freezer. Rubber gaskets had to replaced on the upper doors due to mold (under warranty) and then several months ago the ice maker stopped working.

    Went looking online for a replacement part and found it.....wow, BIG $$!! So gone back to the good old fashion ice cube trays. LOL!

    My fridge in the garage is at least 30 yrs old.. the thing is loud but it’s a tank.

    Never done it, but it doesn’t look like a good time.
