Start with a very niche market (performance, classics) where you can order online, stuff gets shipped to my shop, I mount/balance, and deliver to you as a package.
Next phase is a mobile component where I go to your location to mount/balance tires using a nice enclosed trailer... For those daily driver "normies" non-car-people jobs.
^^you’re a smart dude , I’m sure you’ll take the right steps . Be nice to find that acreage which will give you elbow room for your biz
