A little classic rant here:

So I need to get tires mounted on new wheels for my truck. No big deal I can drop it all off and pick up later. I called 4 places, no one had the time to do it, fair enough. But what irks me is if your business opens at 8 am, why can't you answer the phones at 8:01? And why do you have to be so curt to customers needing an appointment? If you can't answer phones, at least spend 20 bucks to get a form on your website to manage bookings...

Anyway, if any of you are in Durham, I'd like to give a shout-out to PATS garage (patsgarage.ca). He provided impeccable service and seems to have good plans for his new shop. Granted I didn't install the wheels yet to see if they're balanced right but he comes across someone who cares about his work.

Oh and canadawheels.ca is taking a long time to get some hub rings... lol

in my experience. if you open at 8 the phone starts ringing at 7;55 and don't stop until 8:30

if its a worker and not owner opening. if the open at 8 they probably walked in at 7:59

online booking is the single worst thing I have ever delt with. may be okay for some business ours I refuse to use them

That's what my wife said. The cap fit the last two rads, just not this one apparently.
